Gulfstream G700 Interior

History

Interior

The interior of the new Gulfstream G700 is very impressive. The Gulfstream G700 boasts a cabin height of 6 feet and 3 inches, with the width of the cabin clocking in at 8 feet and 2 inches. Pair that with an overall length of nearly 64 feet, and the Gulfstream G700 becomes the largest jet in the industry.

The creature comforts within the cabin of the Gulfstream G700 are phenomenal. Each seat within the cabin converts to a bed, allowing various configurations for each passenger. Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabin thanks to the Jet Connex Ka-band, which ensures that passengers stay connected with any device.

The windows throughout are traditional Gulfstream oval windows, allowing plenty of natural light in the cabin. The Gulfstream G700 also offers true circadian lighting, which simulates the sunlight of your destination, to allow you to stay refreshed and avoid jet lag.

Performance

The Gulfstream G700 is powered by Rolls-Royce Pearl 700 engines. These two engines put out over 18,000 pounds of thrust each, giving the aircraft plenty of power. These two engines allow the Gulfstream G700 to reach speeds of Mach .90. With a takeoff distance of just over 6,000 feet, the Gulfstream 700 can utilize many different airports that its competitors simply aren’t able to.

The flight deck within the Gulfstream G700 is powered by Gulfstream Symmetry. The heads-up display assists the pilot when landing and promotes an all-around safer cockpit. The side sticks are electronically connected to the avionics, while also implemented as a fly-by-wire system.
