    History

    The G450 is an improved version of the GIV-SP/G400 using technologies from the G500/G550. The G450 has one of the most advanced cockpits which consists of 4 Honeywell DU-1310 EFIS screens, a Gulfstream-designed cursor control system, and an Enhanced Vision System which permits the aircraft to land in lower-visibility than other jets.

    The cabin is refreshed with new air every 2 minutes and the interior environment is pressurized to 6,000 feet at a cruise altitude of 45,000 which offers less fatigue than most jets who offer pressurization of only 8,000 feet.

    The quieter cabin with advanced sound suppression in the G450 improves cabin sound levels which further reduces fatigue of the passengers.
